What this website collects
Statera does not operate a contact form, user account, advertising tracker, or analytics service on this public website. We do not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies here.
Our hosting and network providers may process ordinary technical information—such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access—to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
Information you send by email
If you contact Statera by email, we receive the address, message, attachments, and related metadata you choose to send. We use that information to respond, protect our systems and rights, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information collected through this public website.
Do not send protected health information, patient records, passwords, credentials, API keys, or authentication codes by email.
KeyRD
KeyRD has separate agreements, consent flows, and privacy disclosures appropriate to the applicable service and user. Visiting this public website does not create a KeyRD account or enroll anyone in a KeyRD service. See the evaluation page for the current scope and participation process.
Retention and disclosure
We retain correspondence and technical records only as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were received, operational security, legal obligations, or dispute prevention. We may disclose information to service providers acting for us, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, or systems.
